Order Processing: Orders for physical products are processed within 2-3 business days.
Shipping: We offer shipping within Australia only.
Delivery: Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds Policy

Physical Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us within 7 days of receipt at holisticnutritionbykarina@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Refunds or replacements for faulty products are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Services

To cancel or reschedule a booked service, you must give at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may forfeit the session fee.
No refunds are provided for completed coaching or consultation sessions.
